TOSH Athlete Physicals July 27th (Register by July 23rd)

TOSH is hosting a Sports Physical session for High School athletes on July 27th, 2021 at the TOSH Clinic (5848 S. Fashion Blvd, Murray UT, 84107).

If you are interested in trying out for a Fall Sport at Hillcrest but haven’t completed your physical yet, this is an easy opportunity to get your physical complete before the deadline! The Deadline to register is tomorrow (July 23th, 2021). To register, please call (801) 314-4119 to schedule an appointment.  Please have all UHSAA Sports Physical Paperwork completed before the visit, and masks will be required throughout the entirety of your visit.
