Bicycle Repair

Hillcrest High School is in need of donated bicycles for our first-ever bike repair class. This is the first time we’ve ever offered this class and already have over 25 students currently enrolled.  We need all types of bikes but mostly adult bikes with gears since a lot of the curriculum requires students to diagnose and repair the gear system.  As always, donations are tax-deductible.  Feel free to contact Mr. Kilgore for more information  jared.kilgore@canyonsdistrict.org.

The 2024-25 FAFSA is now open 24/7 for everyone; however, the website has still been experiencing some issues during its “Soft Launch” period.

Hillcrest will be hosting a FAFSA Completion Night on January 24, 2024, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm in the Presentation Room and Career Center. The event is open to Senior students and their parents and will have volunteers available to assist with the completion of the FAFSA and answer any questions that may arise. Please be sure to have FSA IDs created beforehand (https://studentaid.gov/fsa-id/create-account/launch). If there are any questions in the meantime, or if any issues filling out the FAFSA arise, please contact the College Access Advisor, Halle Meckl, at halle.meckl@canyonsdistrict.org or (801) 826-6092.
