Principals Message: Parking Information
Parents/Guardians and Students,
We have all new parking lots here at Hillcrest High. Parking lots students can access are the West parking lot, The triangle parking lot by the Seminary and the Parking lot East of the Fieldhouse. All other parking lots are faculty and visitor only. To access student parking lots, student must have a parking permit pass in their window. Those can be purchased in the Main Office for $10.00. All other cars will be ticketed.
On December 13, 2021 at 8:00 am, arena scheduling will open for second semester schedule class changes. It will then close at 4:00 p.m. on January 4, 2022.
If you need to make changes, refer to the directions below:
Arena Schedule Change Directions:
Login to Skyward Family and Student access at www.skyward.canyonsdistrict.org
Click on the “Arena Scheduling” link under the student name.
View your current schedule by clicking the “view/print schedule” link in blue near the top of the page.
If your schedule looks good, you don’t need to do anything.
If you would like to make a change, plan which classes to switch before you delete a class.
To add a class, select “Search Options” then click “Apply Filter” to locate a course by name, period, subject or teacher.
If there are seats available in the class you want, “Add” will appear. Click “Add” to put the class in your schedule.
View your updated schedule again by clicking “view/print schedule.” Make sure all 8 periods have a class selected. This means if you have an “add class here” in your schedule, YOU MUST FILL THAT PERIOD WITH A CLASS – DO NOT LEAVE IT.

Every year, the Canyons Community Schools engage with community partners to support the needs of our families for the holiday season. We are asking the community for monetary donations or in-kind donations in the form of gift cards and other most requested items. These donations will be collected and then distributed to families in need in Canyons District. All donations are tax-deductible and a contribution form will be provided at your request. We would like to receive donations by Dec. 13th, 2021 (although donations can be accepted after the date) so that we can process and provide to families prior to the holidays. Our goal is to provide support for 850 students within approximately 300 families
In- Kind donations can be made through Sign Up Genius
Monetary donations can be made through Success Fund
Thank you for any consideration you would give to supporting our students and families. Every dollar you donate will go directly to those who need it most. Questions? Please contact Michele Vogeler, Community School Specialist via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 801-826-5023. Please feel free to share with anyone who might be interested in supporting.
