- NO appointments are needed, walk-ins only

- All teachers will be in their classrooms unless otherwise noted
- Financial Aid information session for seniors in the Presentation Room, starting at 6:00 p.m.
- Virtual Conference on Wednesday, September 24th (3:30 pm-7:00 pm).

Fees on Skyward
Class fees are now available in Skyward. Please pay these fees as soon as possible.
New Note Feature on ParentSquare
Hillcrest Attendance is excited to be offering note excusals for student absences to parents through our ParentSquare app! On that note, we would like to clarify to parents how the excusals for absences work. Please be aware that details still need to be provided. Please include the dates and periods that need a guardian’s excuse. We enter excusals authorized by guardians; excusals are still absences, the exception is the APP class. We do not excuse APP only. If you are sending a note to correct attendance, the first step would be to contact the teacher. If there is a substitute teacher, please be patient, as teachers add attendance upon their return. The attendance office can excuse absences within 10 days of the absence. Beyond that, it requires administrator approval.
Parking Reminder
Reminder: Parents should not drop off or pick up students in the Southeast Lot. Should you find yourself exiting from that lot, it is a right turn only, which will be enforced periodically by the Unified Police.
FAFSA Information Night
Seniors, join us on September 22 at 6:00 p.m. in the Presentation Room during Parent-Teacher Conferences for information about applying for the FAFSA. The FAFSA application opens October 1st!

Watch DOGS
Fathers and Father-figures,
On Thursday, Oct 9th, from 6:00 – 7:00 pm, we will be having our 2nd annual ‘Dads and Kids’ Pizza Night at our school. You will meet here at the school in the cafeteria at 6:00 pm for FREE pizza and drinks. At 6:30, we will have a presentation about our WATCH D.O.G.S.® (Dads Of Great Students) Program. WATCH D.O.G.S.® is an innovative program being used by schools across America that helps them to be positively impacted by the committed involvement of fathers and father-figures in their students’ lives. Our goal is to have you spend at least one day this year at the school to be a positive male role model and to provide an extra set of eyes and ears.
Dads, granddads, uncles, step-dads, and adult brothers… this is your chance to have a night out alone with your student in a fun atmosphere at school.
In order to participate, you need to do two things:
- Scan the QR code below and fill out the Google form A.S.A.P. to let us know you’re coming so we can get an accurate head count for food! Please R.S.V.P. by Oct 7th
- Mark your calendars, and we’ll see you on Oct 9th from 6:00 – 7:00 pm.

Midvale City Youth Council
Midvale City will be here on the 22nd during APP in the Presentation Room to go over the Midvale Youth Council. If interested, please come down for APP.
